Yes, You can get your aadhar without registered mobile number,
Follow these steps:-
1. Visit official Website of UIDAI Home - Unique Identification Authority of India | Government of India
2. Move your cursor to “My Aadhar” tab.
3. Click on “Order Aadhar Reprint”.
4. Fill your Aadhar Number, Captcha and any Active Mobile Number.
5. Click on “Send OTP” and enter received Six Digit Number.
6. Click on “Verify OTP” and Click on “Make Payment”.
7. After Making Successful Payment you will get SRN Number for status of your Aadhar.
After a week you’ll find your Aadhar card by speed post
